New strategy, brand identity, and tone of voice for LV8 – elevate, an Antwerp-based organization offering professional training.

VZW Divers had a strong offering, but a brand that couldn’t keep up. Under a generic name and an outdated visual style, the true strength of the organization remained invisible. The mission: build a brand identity that radiates the same level of quality as the training courses themselves.

We started with the essence. Not with the logo, but with the question: what does VZW Divers do for people? The answer became the foundation of everything. People grow. They step beyond where they stood. From that insight, LV8 was born—pronounced as Elevate—with the tagline ‘We elevate people to the next level.’ Short, memorable, and loaded with meaning.

The result is a coherent brand that radiates energy and professionalism, from the logo and brand identity to the website and social media. Built for two target audiences: participants seeking personal growth, and organizations investing in their people.
