Armonea is the second largest healthcare group in the country with as many as 85 different sites and 6,500 employees. It was therefore a challenge to bring all these people closer together through long-term employer branding campaign. A coherent, recognizable campaign was provided from Designaid to accomplish this mission.
A separate visual identity designed that combined the existing branding with a recognizable campaign identity. It consists of a striking color palette and graphics created from an abstraction of Armonea’s logo. A punishing slogan “We are #SamenSterkers” was also chosen to be used throughout the applications used throughout the applications.
With these newly drafted guidelines, both print applications such as posters, flyers, gadgets, as well as digital applications such as animations and even a TV show were provided. This TV show, in turn, was then given its own separate sub-identity and teaser communication to announce it.
