Colisee Connect is an employer branding campaign based on Armonea’s question “How do you connect 6,500 employees from the same company, spread across 89 different locations nationwide?”. The answer was “By launching a mobile app that enables sharing of content and information across all departments and locations.” For this, we created and designed a comprehensive communication strategy to launch the internal communication tool company-wide.
First, the right tone-of-voice had to be determined to strike the right chord with everyone in the company, from facilities and care staff to upper management and senior profiles. All communication had to be bilingual in an accessible, creative and clear design.
Accordingly, the campaign was given its own graphic identity with a recognizable color palette and recurring shape created from an abstraction of Armonea’s logo.
Among the deliverables were an app, website, tutorials, flyers, posters, brochures, video content, app graphics, an app content mix, customized donuts, lanyards, and more. All of these deliverables were designed using the established branding guidelines of this campaign Colisee Connect is now fully operational for the 6,500 people working at the company.
